What it does
Every side of time off and take-home
Four pieces that talk to each other, so nothing is re-typed, re-counted or chased by email.
Employees ask in seconds
Pick a type, drag across the dates, add a line of context. Balances update as they type, so nobody requests days they don't have — and every request lands with its history attached.
- Live balance check against the quota HR set
- Working-day count that skips weekends automatically
- A timeline that follows the request to its decision

Managers decide in one look
Every request arrives with the two things a manager actually checks: how much balance the person has left, and who else is away that week. Approve or reject with a note — the employee sees the outcome the same second.
- Team overlap flagged before it becomes a problem
- A fortnight strip of who's off, at a glance
- Rejections carry a reason, never a silence
HR runs salary with leave inside
Pick the month and payroll is already assembled: working days, approved leave, unpaid days and the deduction each one costs — per person, down to the cent. Quotas are editable per role, and balances follow automatically.
- Per-employee breakdown from gross to net
- Unpaid-leave deductions calculated, not guessed
- Role-level quotas for annual, sick and casual leave

Payslips employees can actually read
Every month lands as a clean, printable statement — earnings, deductions and net pay in plain language. Need an older one for a visa or a loan? Request it in one click and HR is pinged.
- Print-ready layout, no spreadsheet exports
- One-click reissue requests routed to HR
- Full history, month by month
How it works
Three steps between "I need a day" and paid correctly
Request
The employee picks dates and a reason. The form checks their balance and counts working days before anything is sent.
Approve
The manager sees the request with balance left and team overlap, then approves or rejects with a note. One tap, everyone notified.
Pay
HR opens the month and finds leave already priced into every salary. Payslips go out; the numbers match the calendar.

"December used to mean a week of chasing leave emails while payroll waited. This year the month closed itself — I checked the numbers instead of building them."

Questions
Asked before, answered
Can quotas differ between roles?
Yes. HR sets annual, sick and casual entitlements per role — employees see their own balance the moment a quota changes, and payroll uses the same numbers.
What happens when someone is out of balance?
The request still goes through, but the extra days are flagged as unpaid. Payroll shows them as a separate deduction line, so nothing is silently miscalculated.
Do employees see why a request was rejected?
Always. A rejection requires a note from the manager, and it appears on the request timeline next to the decision.
Can I get an old payslip for a visa or loan application?
Any month is one click away. If a payslip needs an HR stamp or a reissue, the request button on the payslips page routes it straight to HR.
Does payroll handle mid-month joiners?
Salary is computed from working days, so a join date part-way through the month prorates automatically — visible line by line on the breakdown screen.
